Our Bedford Christmas Gift & Craft Fair will take place on Sunday 8th December from 11am-4pm at John Bunyan Sports Centre, Mile Rd, Bedford, MK42 9TS. It’s our biggest event yet with over 100 stalls!
We will have a variety of unique crafts, artwork, gifts and food that will make perfect Christmas presents that your friends and family will LOVE! We will also have some beginner craft workshops where you can make a Felted Brooch/Tree Decoration, handmade card or a bauble-shaped gift box, slow-stitched robin, necklace or earrings. The sports centre has good parking and in addition, Bedford Academy which is next door, has a car park that will be available for visitors/stallholders to use.
Entry is £2, under 18’s free.
This is our flagship event for 2024 and we hope you will join us, either as a stallholder or visitor.

Full kit and instruction from Michelle of The Art in Martins. So what is slow stitching? A good way to describe it is fabric collage and it’s a great way to slow down and enjoy exploring colours and textures. This is a 90 minute workshop and depending on your design, you can choose to create something simple and finish on the day, or take it home and add to your design at your leisure. Suitable for beginners onwards.

Beginners Necklace Making Workshop
Full kit and instruction from Ann Baker of @Studio 164. This is a 90 minute workshop and you will leave with a beautiful necklace for yourself or to give as a gift. Everyone attending this workshop will receive a voucher for a discounted jewellery kit, allowing you to use your new skills to make more beautiful jewellery at home or to give as a gift.
